Free Your Mind 4-week Programme
Free Your Mind is an online course and group coaching programme for women who want to tame their overthinking mind, find the peace they are yearning for, and thrive in a gentler way.
It is for women who are prone to overthinking and tend to get stuck in looping thoughts about the past and the future. They have a tendency to worry, and the current circumstances may have left them feeling anxious about the future. They would like to enjoy life more but struggle to be 'in the moment'. Trying to keep everything in balance and under control has left them feeling exhausted and stressed.
They want to feel empowered about the life they are creating rather than feeling at the mercy of their circumstances.
They are ready to commit to a new way of being: one that will lead them to live with more calm, purpose and joy. They want to thrive in a gentler way.
In this course, you will learn practical strategies to:
Navigate the demands of everyday life without all the stress, overwhelm and struggle
Feel more grounded and less worried about what the future may have in store
Enjoy the moment you are in and be truly present for yourself and your loved ones
Learn how to let go of endless looping thoughts so you can find peace of mind at any moment
Discover how to process difficult emotions (such as anxiety) skilfully, rather than resorting to unhelpful coping strategies
Re-ignite your spark by exploring what truly matters to you
Bring more balance and joy into your life deliberately
Be a better parent, partner, leader
Embrace life with more confidence, trusting that you can cope with whatever life brings you
It will help you to feel calmer, more present for yourself and those around you, and to find more joy in your everyday life.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
